Settings and accessibility ​

Your own settings ​

In Game Settings → Configure Settings → Blob's Card Engine:

  • Table motion: the table's feel, snappier, or reduced motion. Reduced motion is also used when your operating system asks for it.
  • Table sounds and their volume (Foundry's interface volume scales them too).
  • Hand bar: always, only on your turn, or off.
  • Open the table automatically when a match you're in starts.

For the GM ​

  • Character system: how games read characters. Automatic uses your game system's adapter (D&D 5e is built in); any other system works through the "any system" fields and checks.
  • Deal initiative cards every round.
  • Archive finished matches.

Accessibility ​

  • The whole table works from the keyboard: Tab between zones, arrow keys between cards, Enter for a card's menu, Space to play it, ? for every shortcut.
  • Screen readers hear what happens on the table (draws, plays, whose turn it is) and every zone says what it holds.
  • Reduced motion turns off flying cards and shuffles.
